Background
Growing up I've been the fat
kid, with low self-esteem and the one
everyone made fun off. By 7th grade I had joined a
martial arts school, one which totally
changed my life. My freshmen year in high school was a
nightmare, I was made fun off all the time! My
weight problem was getting out of hand and getting to reach a
dangerous stage.
A good-friend of mine
(Jeo-M) had joined the local gym and asked me to join
with him. From that day forth my life
was changed by my passion of bodybuilding, the art of
changing the body. One year and a half
later I've made incredible progress plus have learn
a lot, yet more is still to be learned. This is the
beauty of this sport, you just don't stop learning
about your body and how it works!
My primarily goal is (right now) to become the
biggest senior in my school (M.H.S class
of 2004). Most importantly make a difference in
someone's life.

Why keep journal/training logs of all your progress? Well that is quite simple to explain because if you don't keep record of your lift how would you know how much you should do next week?
