How Did You Get Started?

I wanted to increase my strength in order to become a better wrestler. I eventually stopped wrestling but continued to lift and just liked the way my body started looking and the feeling of becoming stronger so I made body building my main priority.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I usually lift on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I alternate my workouts between chest, triceps, and abs one day and biceps, back, and delts the next day. I also run usually every day as being part of the track team. I haven't done a serious amount of weight training with my legs because I want to be able to perform my best for track so I plan on adding that into my routine once track is over.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

Usually I try and take in as much protein as possible without taking in too much fat. I don't really follow a strict diet, I just drink a lot of water and try not to eat at all when it gets late at night.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I don't really take any supplements other than protein shakes and protein bars. They seem to be working nicely for me.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I like being able to seem like a fairly small guy at only 5' 5" and 155lbs but being able to be stronger than people 100lbs heavier than me. I like people who are able to be proud of what I see in the mirror. Lifting can also be great way to relieve the stress of your day.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I plan on continuing to lift as much as possible in college while still being able to complete all my studies and keep my grades up. I also hope to do a few competitions in the future.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

There isn't any real secret to bodybuilding. It's just simply hard work combined with eating right. It's difficult to do but doesn't take a lot of thinking, just getting to the gym and doing your work outs is the hard part.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Jay Cutler, of course Arnold, and even though he's not a bodybuilder; wrestler Paul Levesque (Triple H), as well as UFC fighters Phil Baroni and Vitor Belfort because they have bodybuilder physiques and are still some of the best fighters in the world.
