Ever since I joined Muay Thai, I always wanted to be big and strong to compete with other competitors, but there was a point in my life when things dramatically changed. I was reading different articles in magazines and the internet in how to get big. I read how they eat, what type of exercise they would do, and how they would split there work outs each week. Well my diet was very poor. I would eat maybe twice a day, and I got really skinny. I was depressed throughout that year and people were really starting to get worried about me.
So one day, I decided to make a change. I need to get big, and fast. I knew how to work out, since I read so much about bodybuilding. So I created a specific work out that would involve the big 3 (Squats, bench press, deadlifts). I stared to eat a lot of food and at first it was hard to eat six meals a day, but after a while I got used to it. Then after two weeks I gained 6 pounds. I started to see the changes and I was becoming addicted of bodybuilding. Then after three months I gained 32 pounds. I was amazed, and so was my family and friends.
I love the way you could form your body to something amazing. Plus the felling when you get from lifting heavy weights makes you feel like you're the strongest person alive. Layne Norton is one intelligent person. Not only that, but he's all natural with out the use of illegal drugs.
I would never ever stop taking them; I believe they are the main source of supplements when it comes to bodybuilding.

I would do abs three times a week with three different exercises. Four sets until it burns, I really don't count how many reps I do since I do them with strict form.
Be consistent; never give up on your dreams. If you want it, you could have it. All you have to do is sacrifice one hour of your life. Think about it, you have to work to live right? Well think of bodybuilding as work, it's something you have to do no matter what.
