How Did You Get Started?

I started lifting in 8th grade for football, and wrestling, and mostly just to get into better shape. As time progressed I got addicted to lifting. By the end of my 10th grade year I was obsessed with lifting, and haven't backed off since.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

High volume seems to work best for me. My workouts last anywhere from 1-1.5 hours. I do 16-20 sets for large muscle groups (legs, back, and chest), and 12-16 sets for smaller groups (biceps, triceps, shoulders).

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

In the off season I eat like crazy. I usually eat 200-250 grams of protein, 500-600 carbs, and don't pay to much attention to fat. However I just got done competing, and would have liked to come in better conditioned, so this off season I am going to try to have a cleaner bulk, in order to limit fat that I put on.

Optimum Pro Complex

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I don't use anything fancy; Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex, and glutamine make up the base of my supplements. Occasionally I use creatine.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love seeing my body change; I love the feeling of working out, and I love to stand out among a crowd.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I plan to compete my whole life. I would love to turn pro someday, but I'll just have to see were my body will let me go.

Next year I will step into the men's open division, probably in the light heavyweight class. I hope to come in at a hard, and cut 195, and place in the top 3, but I'll just have to see. I love competing though, so I'll continue to compete my whole life.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Stick with it. I think that with enough work, and a good diet anything is possible, and you can achieve more than what you may think.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Ronnie Coleman, Markus Ruhl, and Lee Priest.
