I got started because I began to notice how fat I actually was and if I didn't change it now I probably never would.
I used Bodybuilding.com to help me out with nutrition and also some additional internet sources and day by day I gained some knowledge. I made up my own diet and I had a workout routine of 5 days a week, and slowly progressed from bike riding everyday to running.
I made the workout routine on my own with Bodybuilding.com. It just took perseverance and inspiration. Taking pictures every now and then to see your progress is a massive confidence boost.

Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Back
The key to anything is perseverance and determination; with these you can do anything. To gain them you need to have inspiration to help motivate you.
If you take pictures before you start and then compare that to yourself 8 weeks through your journey you will notice the biggest difference and it will boost your confidence so much, motivate you and inspire you too keep going and you will never go back.
