Strong dieting for the 50-pound loss then the 40 pounds of muscle gain was training and eating like a horse! My family, girlfriend and most of all my overall health and God keep me motivated.

I wake up and fix some egg whites and some type of complex carb. 2 hours later I eat a protein bar or high protein food. The following 2 hours I eat a lunch with a least 30 grams of protein. Then, 2 hours later I have a banana. Finally, the following two hours I have a small dinner and casein shake.
