I had been called fat all of my life and recently had an interest in sports and women. My football friends introduced me to these amazing little things called weights!

Strong dieting for the 50 pound loss then the 40 pounds of muscle gain was training and eating like a horse! My family, girlfriend, and most of all my overall health and God keep me motivated.

I wake up and fix some egg whites and some type of complex carb. 2 hours later I eat a protein bar or high protein food. The following 2 hours I eat a lunch with a least 30 grams of protein. Then, 2 hours later I have a banana. Finally, the following two hours I have a small dinner and casein shake.
Tuesday: Biceps
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Triceps And Abs
Friday: Back
Saturday: Shoulders
Sunday: Off
Just stay with it and keep your diet, mind, heart and soul in check and you'll be destined for greatness!
