How Did You Get Started? I wanted to get big for football and just for myself in general. For the most part I just wanted to get big, so I just started setting goals for myself and reaching them and started seeing the effects and since then I've never stopped. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I like to eat a lot of high protein foods like eggs and tuna. I try to stay away from too many carbs and sweets. I eat four small meals a day. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Creatine has given me the best results. Why do you love Bodybuilding? When I'm at the gym I don't have to worry about anything that's going on. I can just go there and just do what I like to do. I like seeing the improvements and setting goals and reaching them. It's a great feeling. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Never give up on your self. Push your self every day you’re at the gym. If you keep working hard you'll get to where you want to be. Just “gotta getter done”. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? Definitely Arnold, he's probably the most influential one there is.
