What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? Other than my pre and post workout shakes, I usually stick to whole foods and don't pay too much attention to what I eat, just try to keep it healthy for the most part. I may have the occasional third shake a day too if I feel I didn't get enough for that day. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Awhile ago I tried Cyto Gainer and that helped me add a good 10 or 15 lbs but now I just stick to good old Creatine Monohydrate and Protein Isolate. Why do you love Bodybuilding? Why wouldn't you? It's a great thing to get into. It gives you something to do and results are always good when you lift. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? The number one thing I would say is to stick with it and stay motivated. If you start lifting, keep at it because a good body doesn't come overnight. Motivation is also a must. If you go into the gym with 4 hours of sleep you won't get much done. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? Arnold's still #1 on my list, but also Gunter Schlierkamp, Nasser, and Kevin Levrone.

I moved into Iowa City and the gym was about 2 minutes away. The gym at the school sucked so I just figured why not. Ever since then I've just been going when I get the chance.

This year, I hope to get stronger and bigger, so maybe this upcoming summer I can start to compete locally. Maybe some day even nationally? Who knows, I'll just keep lifting and see where it goes.
