Did you know?
Motivation and dedication are an essential part of goal setting for a workout program to be successful.
I believe a great thing does not happen overnight, but is accomplished over a long period of time involving hard work, dedication, and organization.

How many times have we ourselves said "I'll do it tomorrow?" To numerous to count probably. Well summer is almost half over and what have you put aside that could greatly enhance your life? Well the answer might be obvious.

Goal Setting

Goal setting for your bodybuilding training. Bodybuilding is different for everyone, and so taking that into consideration we realize that in order to achieve and see substantial proof of results goals must be set. Goal setting is as important as diet, and without them we are wasting much of our potential.

Less than 3% of the American population has set short and long term goal plans. But should it be to our surprise that this group statistically leads a much more enjoyable and successful life? They are getting what they want because they write what they want to accomplish down, and then work towards it.

The proof is in the statistics. So why not jump on the bandwagon? Like one writer says; "Until you commit your goals to paper, you have intentions that are seeds without soil."

Ask most of the teen bodybuilders you see with the bodies your striving for, and most, if not all of them have one thing in common. They set standards and work their hearts, minds, and bodies to the limit in order to reach their goals.

Are You A Wannabee?

Are you going to be another wannabee bodybuilder always looking up to the guys that are setting the standards? Or are you going to set some of your own. The only way you'll reach the pinnacle of what you have to offer physical, mentally, and socially is by goal setting.

Here In my opinion is the only book you'll ever need to read concerning how to set goals and go about achieving them properly. Author, Zig Ziglar Book Title: "Over the Top"
