As of today, I am 13 weeks out from the INBF Wisconsin Championships! I couldn't be more excited. This is going to be my third bodybuilding competition. I received first place in my past two contests, but I was only entered in the Teens (16 and under). For this competition, I will be entering into the Teens (19 and under) and the lightweights (156 pounds and under).

I am currently at 170 pounds and need to lose over 14 to be under 156. This is a tested competition (see the banned substances at www.fordsgym.com/Images/bannedsubstances.bmp). For the weekly journal of my contest prep, I will include: the supplements that I take, my diet, my training, and my thoughts on everything. I will take pictures from the contest as well.

My Goals Are To:

  1. Come into the competition as a lightweight
  2. Stick to my plan 100%
  3. Win the teen and lightweight division

In order to accomplish these goals, I must do everything to a "T". No matter if it's my last set of squats or if I am chocking down a can of tuna, I must take everything seriously. Everything related to the competition is important, and in order to come in the best condition possible, I must work my ass off for the next 13 weeks, just like everyone else who is entering the contest.

Come take a step closer into my life and see my training log, diet log, and my thoughts on how things are progressing!
