How Did You Get Started? Ever since I was a little kid, my dad was always telling me "Do push-ups every night and in a couple of years, you'll be big." So I did do push-ups for a while, but then I gave up. After that, my dad started taking me to the gym with him to watch him workout. My dad taking me to the gym and seeing the guys in the magazines when I was little made me want to start working out. When I was older, my mom bought me a membership to Bally's for Christmas, little did I know that was one of the best presents I have ever received. My best friend Brandon received a bodybuilding book for Christmas one year, and that got the both of us into lifting a lot. He kept me going a lot, he would always push me to the max. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? The best supplement is food. But 2nd to that I use whey protein. I don't really care about the brand as long as there isn't a lot of sugar and a lot of protein. I also think that everyone should take a multi-vitamin. Why do you love Bodybuilding? I like bodybuilding a lot because the feeling of accomplishment. It takes a super-athlete to be able to compete and make it through the dieting. Most people don't have what it takes. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? As of right now, I plan to gain another 2-3 lbs of lean muscle for next season. I'm going to change my diet in middle January to do two shows in the month of April. I plan on competing until I'm at least 25 years old. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Make yourself marketable if you plan to really make it, have a marketable physique. Also, only take advice from one person. Don't mix and match peoples routines or advice, it never works.
