How Did You Get Started?
My father was a competition bodybuilder and owned a gym,
so I kind of grew up in the gym. I also went to all of the contests my father competed in and knew I would be on the stage myself someday.
By the time I was 16, I followed my elder brother's advice and started bodybuilding.
From the moment I got my first compliment, I got addicted!
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I'm still experimenting with how I have to train. For the moment, I have a split training routine:
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I try to eat as much I can; 6 meals a day. I eat a balanced carbohydrate/protein/fat-diet provided by Apex. I also eat a lot of chicken/rice/fruit/protein-shakes. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I try not to take too many supplements. I'd rather pay more attention to my nutrition
to get as big as possible (for now). I'm thinking of using creatine and of course my
protein shakes.
Why do you love Bodybuilding? I love the sound of dumbbells, the atmosphere in the gym and pumping up my muscles over and over again. The feeling of getting stronger every day keeps me motivated! What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
