Our Teen Bodybuilder of the Week was...
Justin Ritter
How Did You Get Started? My brothers were into weightlifting and bodybuilding. I wanted to be like my brothers but they moved out when I was young. My father and I lifted everyday when I was about 10. I got beat up that year and I didn't want it to happen again. I love my dad for training me hard everyday. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I had two workout plans. At my high school.
Smyrna High we have a program called BFS (bigger,
faster, stronger). And with this program we did
primary lifts. The schedule went by as Monday we did
bench press, and box squat. Wednesday power clean,
and deadlift. Friday towel bench, and parallel squat.
The first week was set of 3-3-3 second 5-5-5
third 5-3-1 and the last week 10-8-6. Then the cycle
starts over again. Then on my own I will do chest on
Mondays, shoulders on Tuesdays, legs on Wednesday,
back on Thursday, and biceps and triceps on Friday, My favorite.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I took amino acids and am taking whey protein now.
I haven't tried any thing else. I don't really use
much supplements, I try to eat healthy. Like eating
scrapple and eggs for breakfast every day since I was
eight (good source of protein). Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because first it makes you like
the way your body is. You also won't get picked on.
I love the feeling after a good workout. Nothing can
beat it. You can enter contests even though I haven't
done any yet. But I want to someday. I love it also
because it helps me in sports.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I plan to enter a competition some time in the summer. So all sports and school is out of the way. I want to become Mr. Delaware when I get older. But for now I just want to keep getting bigger and never quit. I want to be in competition range of 160-170. My plan is to keep setting the goals higher as I progress. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? There's a lot of tips you could give. But the one tip I would give to other bodybuilders is don't ever quit. Even if you are just starting and you don't see any change. It's only because you see your body everyday. Only other people can tell most of the time. The worst that can happen if you do lift is if you stop. Find a good workout that works in your time frame and go for it. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? Arnold is the man. I don't care how old he gets. He is my all time idle. He made bodybuilding something very big in the world. I don't know any other bodybuilders really. My brother Robbie Ritter was a good bodybuilder back in his time. But Arnold is my favorite.
