What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? Well, I train chest alone, back alone, biceps and triceps together, traps and hamstrings with shoulders, quads and hamstrings together and calves three times per week, same with abdominals.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Well I won't say gains, but results. MuscleTech's Hyrdroxycut and Cell-Tech added a few pounds. To meet my protein demands while keeping the carbohydrates low, I would say Isopure protein shakes.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love it because it keeps me out of trouble when I get serious for a show, and that shows me that it has disciplined me, and that's good for people my age. Also it doesn't hurt to look big...and you learn so much about the human body.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? Well, in the future I would like to become an IFBB pro, but I still have a long way to go. I've been told I have the potential for it, but only I can see if I will fulfill it. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? To be wise. Just because you are bigger than someone else doesn't mean you know more than them. Open your eyes and ears when it comes to advice and do what you feel is best for you because everyone is different. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My favorite bodybuilders are Shawn Ray, Kevin Levrone, Dexter Jackson, and Chris Cormier.
