How Did You Get Started?
I started lifting because I was sick of always being the little guy. And from that point on I have fell in love with the gym and weight lifting.

No regular meal plan. Just eat anything and everything!
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I only take a proteins shake of whey protein mixed with some Gatorade powder after each workout.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it keeps me in shape and I enjoy the aspect of working out. Seeing your body transform is almost like a work of art. And the best thing about it is that I can always be improved.
When I walk around and see so many people that have a difficult time walking around it motivates me to be strong and healthy
The most important thing that made me achieve my goals was the hardships that I have gone through in my life. I love to lift and in the gym there are no problems just you and the weight in front of you.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I plan to get to a weight around 180 or so and do a few competitions but nothing huge. I just enjoy working out.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Eat big. Lift Big. Be Big!
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My favorite bodybuilders are Flex Lewis and Dexter Jackson.
I always check out the up and coming talent and I enjoy looking through the workouts for some new ideas. I also enjoy BodySpace because it lets you connect with other enthusiasts of the sport.
