How Did You Get Started?
I got started from just doing pushups in my room. Then when I was in wrestling I was able to work out in the weight room and stuff. I always wanted a weight bench and stuff and I got one for Christmas one year and I would work out every day down in the basement. Now I'm old enough that I just go to the gym almost every day.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Breakfast I eat like 6 eggs and milk or orange juice. Lunch usually 2 to 3 ham or peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches. Dinner usually like chicken or steak or fish. Then I'll have some raw potatoes and also drink lots of water.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Probably Animal Stak and Animal Pump, I felt real good on that and I'm just starting to take Cyclo Bolan and it seem to be working alright.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love to work out and I like the discipline that comes out of it. Also it is fun, it's a great stress relief, and I like to challenge my self.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
To get a lot of sleep and to eat a lot of good food and to train frequently.
