How Did You Get Started?

My step-dad got me started in 5th grade on our living room floor doing simple exercises such as bench press and curls and then it started to go into a routine and before I knew it I was addicted. I would spend 3 hours a day easy working out in my basement during the summer. Plus, I would do my football workouts but I got out of it because it was taking to much time away from my regular workouts and my social life. Now I am in a gym and go there.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

No doubt about it, supplements and a split routine-no matter how much you work out you will not go to your full potential unless you use supplements. Trust me I know for a fact and a split routine. Man if you try to do that stuff every other day you get tired before you even get to the last body part! But, with a split routine you can work harder and longer and don't have to worry about running out of energy. One of the biggest mistakes I have seen bodybuilders make is not getting enough rest! Rest is just as important as working out!

Here's my current workout routine:
Mon-Upper Body
Tues-Lower Body
Wed-Rest
Thur-Upper Body
Fri- Lower Body
Sat- Cardio
Sun-Rest

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I would have to say Whey Protein really helped me put on the mass I crave.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

It's just awesome! There is not one bad thing that anyone can honestly say about it. It improves fitness, strength, health and relieves stress. It's just awesome. I also love the attention you get when you're at the beach. The shirt comes off and the girls come out!

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I plan on entering some competitions-and one day, Mr.Olympia {Ronnie watch out!}
