Background
I started lifting a couple years ago when we joined an athletic club, and
have been addicted to it ever since. Only in the last year have I started
lifting seriously and seeing the results. I love the physical challanges and
the many rewarding things that come along with it like watching your strength
fly through the roof and having people staring at you when you're doing squats
because you can lift more than any adult there. I am hoping to compete in
about a year.
