How Did You Get Started? My father lifted weights for as long as I could remember so obviously I have always had an interest in bodybuilding. We use to have an old weight set in the basement I use to fool around with growing up, but it wasn't until the summer going into my freshmen year that I started getting serious. My brother being an amateur bodybuilder himself has had a great deal of influence my interest in bodybuilding. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I personally think most supplements are nothing more than hype. The best way to build muscle is to eat, eat, and eat some more. However I do suggest creatine and a good mutivitamin. Why do you love Bodybuilding? I love bodybuilding because it's the greatest sport in the world. PERIOD! What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? Simple, I want to be the best. I want to make Arnold look like a child compared to me. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
What tips would you give other bodybuilders:
You can do anything you set your mind to. I remember
going into my freshmen year of high school, I only
weighed 125lbs. I was one of the smallest kids in
my class. I remember times I would sit in class and
read Flex magazine and kids would make fun of me and
laugh and say your never look like that. Time and time
again kids would criticize me. I would use their
criticism as my motivator. Less than three years
later I'm the biggest kid in my school, look who's
laughing now.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? Myself, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ronnie Colman, my best friend (also an amateur bodybuilder) Brian Hoffman, and my workout partners, brother Josh Koehnemann and Derick B. I love you guys, thanks for all your help and motivation.
