Did you know?
The Protein Pancake is one of my favorites for many reasons.

Bodybuilding is a sure way to actually see someone's work ethic. No pain, no gain; I believe it.

Mike Murphy

Background

I have always been spontaneous and continually changing my hobbies. I played baseball for seven years and was on the academic team in 6th grade. During middle school I played trombone and tuba in the band and also drew and painted a lot, played football and ran track. I competed in powerlifting my sophomore year and then I tried bodybuilding.

No other hobby has quite the same effect as bodybuilding. The rush, the pump, the excellent physique, and the massive workouts are all gratifying. I plan to continue my bodybuilding, and if all goes well, become a professional bodybuilder some day.
