How Did You Get Started? My freshman year I went out for high school football and was required to lift 4 days a week in order to keep playing. So I went every morning and soon it just became a habit. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I use a 4 day split with abs 6 days a week.
I do low reps (5-6) with almost every exercise. I change up my workouts every couple weeks. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Creatine works well for me, so I cycle it often. I also use some weight gainers and whey protein during the winter. Why do you love Bodybuilding? I like seeing results and being stronger. The added strength helps with sports, and it also prevents injuries. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I don't plan to compete in bodybuilding competitions, but I have a lot of strength goals I hope to achieve. Power lifting has interested me recently and I am looking into entering some meets. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Eat all the time. Constantly change up your workouts. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? Not given.
