Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding has given me the greatest confidence that I could have asked for. Now when I look in the mirror the image of that weak skinny boy is gone and has been replaced with this muscular giant. I am proud to be a bodybuilder. It's not easy being a bodybuilder that is why I can say that I enjoy the challenge of working out every day and measuring my body fat and weight everyday. Bodybuilding is what has given me independence and self worth these past 4 months.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? If I have the opportunity in the future I would like to enter some bodybuilding competitions where I can fully test my hard work and dedication to this sport. I will continue to pump that iron 'til as long as a can striving to achieve greater mass and definition during every workout. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Stay true to your goals. Finish what you have started. Always remember where you have come from, those struggling early years of bodybuilding. A bodybuilder is born on the bench, lives on on bench, and will die on the bench. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? My favorite bodybuilder is Gunter Schlierkamp. His awesome phsyique is what I pursue to obtain myself every time I enter the gym. Lou Ferrigno is also an inspiration for me. At the age of 51 he is still is an impeccable force in the bodybuilding industry.

I have always been a skinny person ever since I can remember. I remember wanting to play football in elementary school but was afraid because of the fact that I would always get hurt. I always got picked on at school for my ectomorph body structure. I always thought that I would end up skinny the rest of my life. This all changed about 4 months ago in September. My cousin always had encouraged me to start lifting weights with him but I always declined the offer because I had the notion that lifting weights was going to stunt my growth. When I saw the effects of bodybuilding on my cousin I was astonished. His biceps grew from 11 inches to 13.5 in a matter of months. I wanted that type of growth so I started to train with him. We began training 3 times a week. As we got stronger we increased to 5 times a week which is what we do now.
It's really kinda funny because when I first started working out, I would train every body part every other day which is an ineffective way to build muscle. As time went by I learned that your muscles need time to heal in order for them to grow so I decided to train a body part once a week. So far my training has paid off. I have gained a total of 10lbs in 4 months and have increased my biceps from 11 to 13 inches. I am also starting to see the double biceps come in just like Mr. Olympian himself.
The supplement that has given me the greatest gains is Mass Action Micronized
