How Did You Get Started? I started about 14 months ago when I had been through a rough time with the parents and getting in trouble. After bodybuilding, I found out that people started to respect me and that I really enjoyed the feeling of hard work. I now train 5 days a week with a great training partner. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I like to get my protein from eggs, chicken and tuna in addition to my supplements. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Well I use a normal protein drink such as Grow which I take with eggs. I get most of my protein by eating chicken and tuna. Why do you love Bodybuilding? I enjoy the respect and I like the feeling of growing bigger. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I wish to enter under 18 next year or under 21, then later I would like to compete in Mr. S.A. and maybe Mr. Universe.
