My dad and my brother got me started. My dad used to be a powerlifter and my brother is training for UFC. I started working out with them when I was in 9th grade and have been doing it ever since. I keep the weight where I can get atleast 10-15 reps. I do 4-5 sets on everything. I try to do just 2 body parts a day. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? Off season I eat what I want, but I rarely eat out or any kind of fried food. Pre contest diet contains of chicken, turkey, sweet potatoes, rice, and green vegetables. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I take Cyto Gainer and Glutamine Fuel. These are my favorites so far and help me the most. Why do you love Bodybuilding?
It makes me feel good and I love the competitions. There's nothing better than seeing that first place trophy up on your mantle. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I want to win Teen Nationals in Pittsburgh next July and continue to excel and work towards my pro card. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
