How Did You Get Started?

I got started because of wrestling, I wanted to gain weight, gain muscle as well as strength.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

The best workout plan for me is a pyramid style: 3-4 exercises per muscle and repping at 10, 8 and 6.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I try to take in as many calories as I can. I have a hard time gaining weight, and so I eat every 2 hours. I take in 1.5 times my weight in grams of protein.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

The best supplement has to be protein for me. I have tried others, but protein is the best by far.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because it gives me confidence, it keeps me in shape and it's very entertaining.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I plan to gain weight as much as possible and when I'm in good enough shape I will compete.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

For those who are just beginning, I suggest to stay away from prohormones, and just to train hard and EAT EAT EAT!

My favorite bodybuilders are Skip (Abdominator on the board), Arnold, and Larry Scott.
