What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I take Whey Isolate Protein, Creatine (only in the off-season), Glutamine, Taurine, Tribulus, Multivitamins and Vanadyl Sulfate. Why do you love Bodybuilding? Bodybuilding to me ain't a sport, it's a way of life. It makes me feel better, and you can't argue with the results. Plus, since I've gotten big there's been almost nothing that scares me. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
Well in the next month I'm going to be competing in the Canadian World
Qualifiers, but years down the road I'll be hopefully 20lbs heavier and cut
to the bone. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Never take anything negative too serious, you could have the potential to be a pro but if you give up because of someone jealous telling you that you're not that good, you'll throwing away your future. And a quote I live by is "Don't ever quit what you started." Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Coleman cause the size of that freak, Flex Wheeler cause of his genetics and
Kevin Levrone cause all of my friends tell me I'm built like him.
