Background
The first time I ever picked up a weight, was when I was 14 years old. I got
a 10 lb. weight and did endless bicep curls and shoulder presses while I was
watching TV. I got really interested in the sport of bodybuilding when I
began seeing results.
Soon, I purchased my first bodybuilding magazine, and
was amazed at all of the muscle. I did endless hours of research, and
personal tests to see what kind of nutrition and diets worked for me. That's
when I decided to take bodybuilding seriously and placed 2nd in my first
bodybuilding contest.
