How Did You Get Started? I got started bodybuilding about 2 years ago when my grandfather bought me a bench press for Christmas. At that time I was in 8th grade and a very lean, skinny kid. Since then I have grown a few inches and packed on about 30 pounds of pure muscle. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? The supplements that have given me the greatest gains have been Nitro-Tech and just pure protein. As I said above, I can't get enough of it. I eat tuna and beef all the time. I also eat a variety of protein bars. That helps me when I feel weak after a workout. Why do you love Bodybuilding?
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? My future goals in bodybuilding are to compete in a August 18th competition and eventually compete in tournaments on a regular basis. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? If I had one tip to give to teen or older bodybuilders it would be something that has been said so many times: "No pain, no gain!" I love the pain and that is the reason I go to the gym. The next day I am hurting, sore, tired, etc. You just have to keep on trying until you get results. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
