What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I don't follow a certain meal plan because my mom said I'm still growing and too young to do that. But she has taught me the proper food to eat for before I train and after I train. I eat lots of small meals every day and try not to have too much sugar because we have a lot of diabetes in our family. I have a weakness for pumpkin pie.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? None. I just eat well all year. Why Do You Love Bodybuilding? I love it because I feel so strong, I feel full of energy. I love the way my body looks. I love feeling the muscles in my body working and no one tells me that my body looks like it has too much muscle. What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?My mom motivates me to have a healthy lifestyle and I want to take good care of myself. My body is the most important thing I own. What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals? Because a lot of people told me that as a young girl I couldn't do this and I knew I could. I want to get other young people to do it too. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I want to keep competing and winning competitions. I want to keep getting stronger and fitter. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Never allow people to make you feel like you can't reach your dream - you can. Do it for the right reasons - to be fit and healthy. I read the fitness and bodybuilding information - even though I am really too young to lift weights and stuff, I am my mom's personal trainer.
