John Lemare

Background

Just 30 seconds to explain a bit about myself. I always wanted to be big since I was 10 years old but I did not start until I was about twelve when I started doing push ups, pull-ups and other basic exercises using my own body weight. When I was 14 I got a bench and set of free weights for my birthday and from there I was amazed at the progress I was making. I then got serious about 1 year ago and started trying out different training programs and learning the important nutrition side of bodybuilding.
