I've had a few emails concerning The Beast. Just some people thinking that
they know all, well right now I'm going to tell you that this program may seem
like a lot, and I guess it is to some people, but this wasn't designed solely
for getting bigger, I also designed it to raise endurance. So if you follow
my instructions exactly...you should not have any problems with it. But
remember this program is based on my personal experience and what works for
ME, some people might use this and get great results while others will be
overtraining, you MUST know your body, know your limits at what exactly you
want to accomplish. My personal goal is to become a well rounded athlete, not
the worlds biggest bodybuilder.
GUIDELINES
1) If you absolutely cant do anymore, don't force yourself, you'll just get
hurt.
2) Make sure that you rest.
3) Take every other week off if you need to.
TIPS
1) Do not use your maximum until the last set, or use STRIP SETS if you reach
failure before you're finished.
2) DONT QUESTION MY METHODS, this is based on PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND WHAT
WORKS FOR ME!
3) If you are unsure if you can or cant handle this then DONT USE THE PROGRAM!
****NOTE****
I do not assume any responsibility for any injuries that may occur to anyone
using "The Beast". The Beast and all other articles I've written are based on
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. Some may not agree with me, but I do what works for me.
If you have any negative comments about my writing, please keep them to
yourself, because any argument started with me will result in me winning.
Although if you have any questions or want my opinion on something I'm happy
to assist you. I am not an expert, nor do I pretend to be, I simply share my
personal experiences with those who wish to read them.
