"I'm too busy. I don't have the time." By: Bryan Kenny My favorite excuse is "I'm too busy. I don't have the time". Well, that's no excuse! What could possibly be more important than your health? Is it really that hard for teens to fit a minimum of 45 minutes a few days a week for weights or running into their "busy" schedules? I don't think so. After all, what could be so much more important than reaching the pinnacle of your physical potential? Just think, people who use that excuse or an excuse like that are just lazy and will probably end up with a huge gut in front of them along with a pair of flabby bitch tits. People that hand out crappy excuses like that need motivation. That's where we, the non-lazy individuals, come in. I don't know about all of you, but I'm always getting in my friends' faces and dragging them down to the gym, unless they give me a valid excuse not to come like "I have to work.", then I'll let them go, but I make them swear they'll come next time. What really annoys me more than that is when I see some guy standing in front of a mirror saying something along the lines of, " Who am I kidding, all this work and for what....nothing." and he's only been at it for a week or two. I actually pity people that say that. Sometimes I'll offer help, but usually I'm turned down because they probably don't believe that I know quite a lot on how to workout properly and effectively. So I figure it's their loss, I offered, they're on their own now. Then guess what, they never come back. So if I find that a friend isn't motivated, I'll ask them what their goal is and it's usually the same as mine, get as big as humanly possible. I tell them to make a workout program and run it by me, and I help them make revisions to get the most out of their time in the gym.
