How Did You Get Started? Decided I wanted to get bigger and stronger last spring, so I would be in better shape for the motocross season. My friend and I would go lifting after school everyday, and then in the summer as well. I started doing research on exercising and muscles, as well as different supplements. I then constructed my own routines, switching up the splits every 4-6 weeks. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Tues: Shoulders
Wed: Cardio/Abs
Fri: Legs What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? Balanced diet of proteins, carbs, fats, and all the proper vitamins and minerals. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Whey Protein & Creatine, creatine being the better of the two. Why do you love Bodybuilding? I feel great about myself, and I love helping other people get started. It also helps me keep in shape for motocross. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
Would like to be a fitness model and/or personal trainer, possibly start competing.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Don't start any supplements until you see your own personal results. After that take one at a time, so you know you're gaining, and not just wasting money. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? The Governator (Arnold Schwarzenegger)!
