How Did You Get Started?

Decided I wanted to get bigger and stronger last spring, so I would be in better shape for the motocross season. My friend and I would go lifting after school everyday, and then in the summer as well. I started doing research on exercising and muscles, as well as different supplements. I then constructed my own routines, switching up the splits every 4-6 weeks.

    - Standing Cable Fly's 4x10

    - Tricep Extensions DB 3x12
    - Skull Crushers 3x10
    - Tricep Pull Downs 3x12
    - Tricep Push Down 3x12
    - Tricep Dips on dip bar 4 x failure

Tues: Shoulders

Balanced diet of proteins, carbs, fats, and all the proper vitamins and minerals.

I feel great about myself, and I love helping other people get started. It also helps me keep in shape for motocross.

Don't start any supplements until you see your own personal results. After that take one at a time, so you know you're gaining, and not just wasting money.
