I have been playing football since I was 10 years old and started lifting at around 12-13 years old. I have been studying Exercise Science and Nutrition on my own for around the past 4 years. It seems like for the past few years I've been the kid at my school and on my football team who you come and ask about supplements, diet, and exercise.
