How Did You Get Started?
The way I got started is when my dad bought me my first Muscle & Fitness magazine when I was in 6th grade. My dad also told my that weight training will also pay off in sports too. So I believed what he said and I went for it. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I don't really follow a specific workout plan. I train 2 muscle groups a day. An example is Back and Tri's, bi's and shoulders, chest, legs. I also box twice a week, so on day 6 I work on shoulder strength. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I would have to say that it would be the Creatine which has given me the greatest gains. Why do you love Bodybuilding? I'm from a school of about 300 people, and a lot are good at some particular sport but they don't watch what they eat or anything like that. No one in the school is a bodybuilder or that is into bodybuilding like me. I also use to be the one of the smallest guys in the class since 7th grade, now some kids are asking me if I take steroids or something, but I say no. I just like to watch myself get bigger and more defined throughout the years, and each year it becomes more valuable to me. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I don't know what my plans are for bodybuilding now, I'm just focusing on staying strong and healthy and doing well in school. I'll probably think about competing some other time. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? The one thing I would tell others is to stay motivated, if your not mentally driven, you can't get anywhere. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My favorite bodybuilder is Arnold Schwarzenegger.
