How Did You Get Started?
I got started in high school just for fun and so I could get more ripped, stronger, and to be fit and healthy. When I started getting results I didn't want to lose them, so I got more into it and worked out on a steady basis. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I alternate upper body and lower body every second day about 4 times a week. I do 3 sets of 10-12 reps in all areas, I do lots of compound workouts and then concentrate on individual muscles to get definition. I will do cardio before, and go swimming after a workout. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I keep active throughout my day to burn what I eat. I take in a lot of fruit and water, in addition I try to get decent meals with good carbs, and pick foods with a good amount of protein, and as little fat as possible. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I use whey protein and L-glutamine. I also try to drink as much water as possible. Why do you love Bodybuilding? It's challenging, and gives you great confidence and also respect for those who are in shape and into health and fitness. It's a great way to stay in shape. It's great to feel good about yourself and have more energy! What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
As an actor, I'd like to keep working out on a regular basis and make it into a T.V. show or movie or something. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Be consistent, and have patience, the rewards WILL come. Don't over-do it, form is more important than weight. Be respectful for others and have fun! Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
