How Did You Get Started? It started when I was weight training for high school football, but ultimately decided to get into competition as a random spur of the moment decision to try to challenge myself, to try and reach my full potential. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I workout 4 days per week. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I consume one gram of protein per pound of body weight and a lot of water. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? My favorite supplements are Creatine and Andro. Why do you love Bodybuilding? I love seeing the transitions in my body that are a direct result of personal hard work and dedication. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? To compete in the provincial championships in Summer 2004, as well as the National Selection for the Grand Prix of Slovakia. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Push yourself to 200% on EVERY set! Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? Kind of a cliché but I'd have to say Arnold, Haney and Cutler.
