Jeff Galterio

Background

When I first started lifting it was to gain a little muscle and strength for swimming (I swim on my high school team and for a USA team). Then after about 1 month I realized how fun and relaxing lifting really was. So I bought a few more weights and started working out every day in my garage.

Then I began to do a lot of research on nutrition, exercises, and supplements. I've been lifting (bodybuilding) since about 10/1/00. It's a way for me to relax, think about the day, sweat a little, and get tremendous satisfaction. Before I even began bodybuilding I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia so I knew quite a bit about eating good foods and a healthy diet. So I figured, that I should share all my knowledge and research with other people so I can help and enrich their lives!
