How Did You Get Started?

I started lifting in my basement when I was 13 years old. I weighed about 75lbs when I started and by 8th grade I was already around 95lbs. It wasn't until after freshman year wrestling that I decided to pursue bodybuilding in full force. I lifted heavy and put on size until I was 18. I competed in my first competition, The Oklahoma Classic, after I graduated high school and won the teen division of the show. I did the 2006 Teen Nationals later on that summer and took 3rd in the welterweight class.

After a successful off-season I came back and won the welterweight class at the 2007 Teen Nationals & then a week later won the teen division of the Caveman Classic and took 3rd in the men's open middleweight class.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

During my off-season I follow a Doggcrapp training program and during pre-contest I follow a heavy lifting program that emphasizes supersets as well. Here are examples of my training split during both off-season and pre-contest.

    Off-season Program:
Monday - Chest, Biceps, Calves, Forearms
    Tuesday - Quads, Abs
    Wednesday - Off
    Thursday - Back, Hamstrings, Calves
    Friday - Shoulders, Triceps, Abs
Wed, Sat, and Sun - Off

    Pre-Contest Program:
Monday - Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Back, Forearms, Abs
Tuesday - Calves, Hams, Quads, Shoulders, Traps
    Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Back, Forearms, Abs
Friday - Calves, Hams, Quads, Shoulders, Traps

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Creatine and glutamine.

Why Do You Love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding because its something positive to do and it keeps me busy and on my feet. People really respect you for what you do and the time you put in and I don't know... I just love it.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

My goal now that I have to be competitive in the men's division is to just put on quality mass onto my frame and get even more shredded for my competitions in 2008.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

The only tips I can give are to keep your drive and keep your focus. Without those you are setting yourself up for failure.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Arnold, Shawn Ray, Phil Heath, Flex Wheeler, Ronnie Coleman, & Jay Cutler
