Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I like feeling and looking the way I do. It is a way of life that releases endorphins to ease the mind and make the body and spirit as one.
The strive for perfection as well as setting an example for others to follow and show that by me living this certain bodybuilding lifestyle, others are capable of doing it as well. The increases in muscular development encourage me to keep up the workload at the gym.
My identity with regards to what I spent a majority of my time doing and that is training.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
Competing at the amateur level, hopefully getting a sponsor, and publicity so that I can train at an even higher level, and to continue to bodybuild and at the least work out for the rest of my life
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Train smart, never quit, and know your limits.
