How Did You Get Started? I wanted to get stronger and bigger in size to help me improve at my sports, and improve my strength and appearance of my physique. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? I've experimented with a lot of different workout plans; both splits and full body workouts, and have decided, despite the fact it may be old school, that full body workouts definitely give me the best gains in both strength and size, especially better for strength gains. I workout (Full Body) 2-3 times a week (Usually 3 times, each time for 1 hour very intense. Every body part) and play sports 4 times a week. On a certain at the moment sometimes I will do a 30 minute split of back or triceps too. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? It physically shows other people and me the hard work I have put into the sport. It also helps to increase my strength in sports. I also think the compliments are a good bonus and obviously boost self-esteem. Why Do You Love Bodybuilding? It physically shows other people and me the hard work I have put into the sport. I want to stay as defined and gain 10lbs. Maybe even get more defined and in the future think about entering teen bodybuilding contests. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Stay motivated, and keep working hard to achieve goals, because once you've achieved your goals you'll know that it was worth the effort. And remember to challenge yourself.
