How Did You Get Started?

I started in the summer when my exams finished, and I decided that I really needed to do something to keep me occupied. I noticed that I wasn't as big as I use to be and I really needed to sort it out. Looking at other people and seeing that they had good results made me decide that I wanted to be that size, and bigger. It has been a struggle to train and to be motivated, as most of the time I have been training on my own which is not very enjoyable, but noticing good results have made me continue on training.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

    Monday: quads, abs, triceps
    Tuesday: back, biceps, calves
    Wednesday: chest, abs, hamstrings
    Thursday: shoulders, calves, abs
    Friday: arms, calves
    *In most cases its roughly 4 sets, 8-12 reps. and I would do 3/5 different exercises on each body part and vary the exercise.
    Saturday and Sunday: rest.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

Eating plenty of food is essential. My personal favorites are chicken, egg whites, tuna, and turkey. My intake is 1 gram por pound so I consume around 150 grams of protein daily. Supplements such as whey protein has helped me a great deal to boost my intake of protein, it is easy to take in-between meals, and after training when your body needs it the most. Bread, oats, and fruit are daily consumed and helps me keep healthy. A good balanced diet is necessary in order to keep fat to a minimum, and being as fit as possible will help to be in a good physical shape.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I have found it difficult to tell which supplement has significantly helped me increase in muscle size, strength and vascularity. Whey protein helps to the highest degree. It is high in protein and essential BCAA's (essential amino acid), and very low in fat which is perfect. NO has helped create the full physique that's required. Creatine levels have greatly been increased and has helped me develop mass and size. With all these supplements water retention is low. Within 4 months I had personally gained just over one stone.

Why Do You Love Bodybuilding?

I find the physique of each individual very interesting in bodybuilding. It requires hard work and dedication to train, but the results can be clearly shown in size, definition, and strength. Going to the gym relieves the stress of each day and it can really allow me let out my anger.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

Just to take things as they come, and if there are any significant developments then who knows I may try something else. I am just enjoying going to the gym at the moment, and will continue to do so.

Never give up trying, as hard as it is, in the end the feeling and results are great.
