How Did You Get Started? It's kind of funny, I saw arnold on TV when I was about twelve, so I went up in my tree house, found some old bricks and started doing curls, then I really started working out freshman year playing football. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I'm still changing up my routine, but I usually do 2 body parts per day, 7 days a week, plus 30 mins of cardio 3 of those days. I find 5 sets of as much as twelve, or as little as eight work good.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why do you love Bodybuilding? It gives me lots of energy and makes me more confident in everything I do. I feel stronger, not only physically, but mentally also. I love having control over what my body looks like. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I dream of being Mr. Olympia, and beating Arnold's records, but I hope to at least make it to a state competition and win.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Bare the sweat, bare the pain, and get the gain. It will pay off. And remember it's all in your head, you have to believe you can do anything, if you don't think you can, you won't. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? Ronnie Coleman, and of course Arnold, and someday I will be one of these guys. Football Team Lift-A-Thon:
My football team's lift-a-thon: That's me benching 325 lbs., placed in Top 10 of the team. I think this is a great accomplishment considering two years ago I did 145 lbs. and one year ago I did 205 lbs.
