How Did You Get Started? I started training on September 1st, 2002. I have 9 of months of training under my belt after never training before. I hope to be a professional bodybuilder. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I usually train 1 or 2 parts each day. I keep the reps in the 10-12 range depending.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I began weighting 64 kg (141 lbs), now I weight 72 kg (158 lbs).
My meals are each day 8 complete meals at least, with lot of potatoes, lot of milk, rice, lots chiken and tuna
and of course lots of vegetables.
