How Did You Get Started?

I’ve done a lot of sports since I was a little "kiddo", but I got pretty broken up of after a couple injuries. While pushing weights to recover (and as a supplement to other sports) I got more interested in this game and started the search for knowledge. After reading about HST I decided to give it a try. Since new-years I’ve been training pretty serious, and combined with a lot better nutrition, things have been going the right way!

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

HST has worked wonders for me! I wanted to increase muscle mass and I surely did. I like this program because it tells me exactly how many reps and how much weight I need to lift each and every workout. There is a Norwegian concept going on called "Release Your Potential", by tech-nutrition, which helped me pretty much towards my goal.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I eat a lot of quality food spread out on 6-7 meals a day. I usually mix between: tuna fish, chicken, beef, milk, Protein Powder, rice, bread, corn, pasta, olive oil etc. I increase or decrease the amount of food after my goals.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I have not tried a lot of supplements yet, but combined with a good nutrition plan, I feel it’s enough with Protein Powder and Creatine Monohydrate.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love the feeling I get after a great workout, when I get really pumped up. At that exact moment I leave all trouble behind, just thinking about all the positive things I’ve experienced. Bodybuilding also helps me get more focused to reach my personal goals, within and outside of the gym. And certainly the health benefits it gives me.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

Right now I consider preparing for a fitness career (athletic fitness). Later I might get more into the game of "hardcore" bodybuilding, WITHOUT drugs by the way. Time will show.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Find your own fitness/bodybuilder guru, and ask him or her. If you get the results you want by the advice you get, stick to your guru. If not, search for another one. I feel it’s a lot of misleading information out for the moment. You can follow any routine you want, but do you stick to it if it doesn't give you any results? Don’t get mislead by any "pro" who "knows it all". Stick to a person you trust and leads you to the results you want. I feel I need to give my Norwegian guru, Børge Fagerli (who works for Tech-Nutrition), some credit here. Thanks for all your tips and help man!
