Monday, February 17th


Abs/Chest

Leg Lift 30 lbs X 12, 6 - View Exercise
Weighted Crunch 45 X 12, 8 - View Exercise
Cable Crunch 205 X 12 - View Exercise
Bench Press 270 X 6, 4, 4 - View Exercise
Incline DB Press 85 X 6, 4, 5 - View Exercise
Weighted Dips 50 X 6, 5, 4 - View Exercise

A solid chest day. My strength has been hovering for the past couple of weeks on chest day. I’ll have to kick it up a notch.


Tuesday, February 18th


Biceps/Triceps/Calves

Reverse Curl - 155 X 5, 4 - View Exercise
Reverse Pressdown - 205 X 6, 6 View Exercise
Hammer Curl 60 X 6, 6 - View Exercise
Rope Pressdown 205 X 6, 6 - View Exercise
Cable Curl 205 X 6, 6 - View Exercise
Pressdown - 205 X 6, 6 View Exercise
Standing Calf Raise 460 X 8, 6, 4 - View Exercise
Leg Press Calf 650 X 8, 6, 4

* I alternate between bicep and tricep exercises.

Reverse curl is getting hard, especially using such a high weight for the exercise. Everything else felt great. My execute was excellent. I really hit my arms hard.

Cardio

Elliptical for 16 minutes
Distance Covered: 1.54 miles


Wednesday, February 19th


Legs

Squats 345 X 6, 355 X 4, 4 - View Exercise
Stiff Leg Deadlift 275 X 6, 6, 6 - View Exercise
Leg Press 540 X 6, 4, 4 - View Exercise

I love getting stronger, especially when dieting! Every rep was perfect.


Thursday, February 20th


Abs/Delts/Traps

Leg Lift 30 X 12, 8 - View Exercise
Weighted Crunch 45 X 12, 8 - View Exercise
Cable Crunch 215 X 12 - View Exercise
DB Shoulder Press 90 X 5, 4, 4 - View Exercise
Side Lateral 45 X 8, 6, 6 - View Exercise (Two Arms Shown)
Bent Over Lateral 45 X 8, 8 - View Exercise
Shrugs 315 X 8, 6, 4 - View Exercise
Dumbbell Shrugs 105 X 6, 6 - View Exercise

A decent shoulder and trap day. Shrugs are feeling a lot better. My execution and range of motion are right where they should be.

Cardio

16 minutes on Elliptical
Distance covered: 1.73 miles


Friday, February 21st


Weighted Wide-Grip Pull Up 50 X 6, 4, 4 - View Exercise
Bent Over Row 265 X 6, 4, 6 - View Exercise
T-Bar Row 235 X 6, 4, 4 - View Exercise

My energy was soaring today. I felt unstoppable. This was an excellent way to end this week.

Weekly Reflection


This last week was unreal, especially since I'm dieting. I am taking next week off, then starting a new routine and diet. As soon as next Monday hits, no more cheating on my diet at all!

I am very pleased with this bulking season. I put on barely any fat. I already had some fat on me when I started, due to a hectic summer. I learned so much over these past six months, and I cannot wait to put it to use next bulking season. But, for now, I must cut. Here are the pics to end my bulking season.
