I Can't Feel Glutamine Working. Should I Use It? My name is Ozan and I come from Sweden. I'm 17 and want to say that it is very motivating to see a so disciplined and focused teenager like you. I get a lot of inspiration from you and it helps me with my future bodybuilding career. Keep up the good work! I am also a big fan of Max-Ot training and AST products. The results have been far more than I thought they would be. Right now, I am using 4-5 scoops of VP2 per day, 2 servings of Creatine HSC (Pre/Post workout) and another 5g two and a half hours after training. Now, I want to try GL3 Glutamine from AST and I can afford 20 grams of it. Do you think I can get maximum results from 20g/day? In the past I have used glutamine but I didn’t feel anything. Do you think I can feel the effects from GL3?

Glutamine is heavily relied on by the immune system. The intestines also drain a large supply of it. By adding L-Glutamine to your diet, you feed these systems, as well as your muscles, creating an anabolic environment. This is just one question out of many! View the full listing of FAQs here.
