How Did You Get Started? I just went to the gym with some friends; it was the school gym. And we went to the bench press. At that time I could not lift the 45 lb. plate while doing the bench. I then decided that I would train so I could lift those plates. After that I began to see results from the training and then just fell in love with the pump feeling. Now I warm up with the 45 lb. plates. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I go failure in almost every exercise.
6 days a week -
2 times per day routine on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Eat at least six meals a day.
Just protein and fats; I try to keep my carbs down.
Red meats are great for muscle gains.
I try to eat 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of my body weight. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Optimum Whey Protein, and Animal Pak. I like all the Universal Animal products. Why do you love Bodybuilding? When I go to the gym I forget about everything, every pressure is thrown away in the gym, I just focus on the iron. I love to scream in a failure rep. and feel the burn in my muscles when I finish a set. I also love the sound of the steel when I put another plate on the bar, it's just my way of life. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I want to turn into an IFBB pro at the least. Then I want to see how far can I can go from there.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? It doesn't matter what the situation is or the way you feel. You have to stay motivated if you want to be a pro bodybuilder. Go to the gym and do your work, lift the iron that is waiting for you. That iron is the only way to glory! Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? Dexter Jackson and Shawn Ray for their excellent symmetry. Ronnie Coleman and Dorian Yates because they are simply huge.
