The Importance of Seeing a Chiropractor

For those who are thinking about going to go and get a check up, I suggest you do. Seeing that if your family has medical insurance, it will be free of charge. The machines they place you on also feel great.

Last week I decided to ask my parents if I could go and see a Chiropractor to get my back checked. You know, to make sure nothing was wrong, and nothing would occur in the near future. Plus I had some, not much, but some aching in my neck and the mid section of my back. Well long story short, he finds out (from his X-ray) that I have a slight case of scoliosis. So now I am going to him for about 4-6 weeks to get it fixed through therapy. Which is fine by me, because what they do there makes you feel like you are in paradise.

Scoliosis is when your spine starts misalign, which will cause a lot of strain on the muscles around it, and is very bad for your shoulders. What I mean is your shoulders will start to move forward and your back will begin to hunch. So you would look like Mr. Burns on the show "The Simpsons".

This is what really scared me the most that I would have to take a break from bodybuilding. Now who in their right mind would want that to happen? It's like purposely getting injured.

For those who are thinking about going to go and get a check up, I suggest you do. Seeing that if your family has medical insurance, it will be free of charge. The machines they place you on also feel great. You get out feeling like they gave you a brand new spine.

Just thought I would help you guys out with this information.
