Background My name is Zach Couillard I have been intensely training for a year and a half. I am 14 and I love bodybuilding. Don't let my age fool you, I have done a lot of research and developed a vast knowledge of bodybuilding. I decided to start writing articles to help teens get into shape. I started lifting weights 2 years ago; not seriously but just messing around with them. I was very skinny and always wanted to have a freaky body, so I decided to get serious and I have been seriously lifting for one year now.
